Due Date: The deadline for submitting a completed application packet to the SIAA Office is June 1st if it is to be considered for the following school year.

Application fee: $100.00 non-refundable application fee is due with the application and will be credited toward annual dues ($2000.00) and fees ($250.00 per sport). Payment must be a money order, cashier’s check, or school issued check made payable to the SIAA. Dues and fees are due by December 1st.

Accreditation
All member schools MUST BE ACCREDITED by an agency that has been approved by the SIAA. Home School cooperatives are exempt from this requirement. Any new members or current members that are not accredited will have a maximum of three years to attain accreditation. No membership privileges are withheld during the three year period. If accreditation is not attained after the three year period, the school will not be eligible for any SIAA Championships until this requirement is met.
